    • Center of care is in home
    • In home agencies provide screening of caregivers, matching client and caregiver, certifications,licensing bonded and insured
    • Provide trained assistance in activities of daily living, companionship
    • Provides scheduling, satisfaction checking in  and correction, employee payroll
    • In home RN’s assess need to form care plan, Transition of care planning, chronic disease management
    • Cover Washington, Marion and Yamhill counties
