Guest Speaker: Daryl Welch, Affordable Web Technology shared his expertise on creating A Positioning Statement. Daryl reminds us that we are all selling service. Creating a strong, positive positioning statement for use on the web and in social media is vital to the growth of all business whether we produce, retail or service the widget.

  • On your home page, answer the question: “Why should I choose you? “in one or two sentences.” Give serious thought to how you wish to be perceived and received.
  • DNA the culture of your business starts with reception and runs throughout so make it consistent with your positioning statement.
  • To train yourself regarding social media, connect with the under thirty crowd. They are the experts.
