Meet The Team
Sally Reid
President
"Sally grew up in Iowa and moved to Oregon in the fall of 1977. She purchased a home in 1978 in Aloha and raised two sons in the Beaverton School district. She has served her community through her church(s) and Love INC of Greater Beaverton and did steward Agape Community Insurance Agency until 12/31/2020. She has now retired from the insurance industry and has started Agape Human Services, Inc. The vision is still developing and will roll out in 2021."
Steve Leitz
Board Member
Born in Milwaukie, OR in 1950, Steve Leitz was raised to become a part of his family’s small floral business. After working alongside his parents and siblings for a number of years, Steve branched out and started his own nursery business in 1975. He ran the vibrant Northwest Fresh Evergreens until ‘83, when he decided to move into the floral business for almost another half decade. He took a couple of years working at a hotel on the beaches of Saipan, then returned home in 1990 to continue working in the floral business. In 1999, Steve became a flight attendant for World Airways. Over the next 16 years, Steve travelled across more than 80 countries. In 2011, he purchased his first Baskin Robbins store. Today, he now owns and operates two Baskin Robbins locations as well as a Pizza Schmizza and once again works alongside family.
Brian Merritt
Board Member
Brian is the owner of Minuteman Mortgage. Having been an Aloha High School alumni, a current resident of Aloha and Aloha Business Owner, he is very interested in the growth and success of this community. Brian has been married to his Aloha High School sweetheart 37 years and they are now empty nesters having raised their 6 kids and now enjoy spending time with their 7 grandchildren. In his professional career, he supervises an office staff and loan officers at his mortgage company and works with nearly 100 local area Realtors in helping people purchase their homes. He has volunteered his time as a Boy Scout Leader for over 31 years, was the President of his Home Owners Association, an active member of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce and a current board member of a local networking group. He loves good music and is currently the choir director at his church. In his free time, he has a passion for creating drone video of amazing homes and beautiful scenery Visit his website here
Scott T. Rennie
Treasurer
A local through and through, Scott Rennie grew up in Southwest Portland, and attended schools in Beaverton. He is currently an Associate at Schmidt and Yee in Aloha. Scott completed his undergraduate degree at Oregon State University, and attended Willamette University College of Law. Scott's practice is focused on business entity formation, corporate governance, corporate transactions, and intellectual property prosecution and licensing including trademark, copyright, and trade secret protections. Scott also negotiates real property sales and leases, corporate asset sales and leases, and can assist business with corporate succession planning.
Alison Stone
Secretary
Alison has been involved in the Aloha community for over 9 years. She actively volunteers and serves on Parent Teacher Organization boards at an elementary and high school level. She is passionate about supporting a community by creating a strong support system of family, business, and schools. It takes a village!
